my family and i had a great stay at holiday inn express. the king room was spacious and accessible. we really loved the complimentary breakfast, and the dining area was always clean. the pool was a nice touch. It was close to local churches. the staff was exceptionally welcoming.

The single working elevator struggled to keep up with demand, especially frustrating for guests on higher floors. Noise levels were high, as a large group took over the pool area one night, causing disturbances and even fights. It was also concerning to see teenagers throwing a football in the pool, raising safety issues for younger swimmers. Overall, the hotel just didn’t seem ready for the amount of guests it had.
